we have a listing agreement or buyers’ representation
agreement, if it isn’t working out and a transaction is not
under way, we can end the relationship. Often buyers are
worried that they are going to get stuck riding around in a
car with an agent that they can’t relate to or who shows
them houses that are out of their price range. Sellers worry
that they are going to be stuck paying a commission to an
agent that doesn’t work hard to sell their home and never
returns phone calls. This is not how I would want to be
